CET Power has since inception in 2003 built the capacity to sustain effective internal management of power plant operation, maintenance and other support-services, for its various sites located across the continent.
Our technical crew comprises highly qualified, globally certified and dedicated local and expatriate staff, nurtured over years through continuous in-service training and certification by the relevant OEMs. Our facilities and equipment yards, where we conduct complete engine rebuilds, alternator maintenance and other sundry electromechanical services, are strategically located across our operating region. In addition, CET Power has developed a pool of reliable contractors and suppliers for carrying out work to our premium standards.
CET Power has dedicated operation teams responsible for Remote Site Supervision & Management (RSS&M), Quality Assurance (QA) and Spares Management (SM). These teams apply detailed and seamless Operation & Maintenance (O & M) and Inventory Management (IM) systems, with zero shrinkage, which interact to guarantee reliability and very high availability (over 99%) of the power plants. In this regard, we have records of documented commendations from our various Clients and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
By leveraging on the above house competencies, a premium-quality O&M services structure capable of sustained and effective management of power plants (operation, maintenance and other support-services) has emerged.
