OPTIMIZED HUMAN CAPITAL & PROCESSES
To assure our consistent quality approach to service delivery, we deploy criteria and methods that guarantee effective operations and controls as prescribed in our various contract/project specification, including the Scope Of Work (SOW) for each project.
- Management ensures that resources (Equipment, Human capital, Information and Finance) are provided as required, mainly on a project request basis to support the operation and monitoring of project processes as well as the final service.
- Our processes are monitored, and where applicable, measured and analyzed using our established quality system procedures and methods. This ensures equipment Calibration and or Verification, physical Equipment Checks, Project Execution Plans and other Process Success Indicators (PSI) are verified during all phases of equipment deployment, operation and decommissioning.
- We ensure that necessary actions are implemented to achieve planned results using our quality management methods including client methods. The results/experience gathered from these activities including customer’s feedback, form the basis for continual improvement of our processes. The quality management parameters of each project are usually recorded in the Commissioning Certificate.
