PROJECT CONFIGURATION ADVISORY
Because we understand that the Customers’ emphasis is on their focal businesses, our business development pitch is channeled towards broadening their generic grasp of the intricacies of Power Generation. Therefore, we do not just market our solutions, rather, we leverage on the interface to guide the Customer towards a configuration that optimizes his power needs while absolutely cutting off wastages. To achieve this, our first line contact typically involves our Technical and Business Development Teams, with the requisite capabilities to measure the technical and capital outlay within parameters that work best for the Client.
LOAD ANALYSIS & TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY TESTS
Armed with the above information, which the Client may expand on with our questionnaire-type Project Profile, we are able to conduct informed Technical Feasibilities, including but not limited to Load analyses, Site feasibility tests, appropriate Redundancy options etc., utilizing best industry processes, and at no cost to the Client. For seamless interaction, we constitute a Project Management Team at this stage comprising our Specialists and designated reps of the Client. This way, we ensure that the Performance Timelines of critical pre-Project conditions exactly match the Client’s expectations.
SIGN-OFF ON TERM-SHEETS
Leveraging on consistent reporting between of the Project Management Team and the respective Legal Teams, we avoid circuitous negotiation and quickly achieve mutually acceptable governing documents (PPAs, Fuel Supply Agreements, Securitizations, Permits [Local and Cross-border] etc). Having operated for so long in the Sector, we fully understand best ways to manage Client’s risk and exposure, while securing the Project’s integrity, especially with regards to policy and regulation.
IMMEDIATE DEPLOYMENT/DEDICATED O&M
With painstaking adherence to pre-Project Timelines, we are historically ready for deployment well ahead of the Client’s expectation. This is particularly reassuring to Clients who require Emergency Solutions (sometimes within a timeframe of just 2 days!). With a round-the-clock approach and close attention to safe and prudent practice, our mobilization machinery has never failed to deliver satisfactorily. Once deployment & installation is complete, our dedicated O&M Team are instantly available onsite to finalize all pre-commissioning tests and commence operations. Ongoing Operation & Maintenance services with both automated and structured Incident Response, Fuel/Spares/Waste Management, etc will remain at optimal levels throughout the project duration.
DEMOBILIZATION AT PROJECT COMPLETION
Operating from a philosophy of nil adverse impact to the Environment, once the Client eventually calls time on the Project, our demobilization process ensures that the Site is returned to its original position. There are no defacing trails of Emission and Oil deposits or other pollution to both the Site and its surrounding areas.
